How do you ensure your vehicles are clean and well-maintained?
Our ASE-certified mechanics perform over 168 safety and performance checks per vehicle, regularly. Vehicles are detailed weekly—interiors are shampooed and conditioned, and exteriors are waxed—while daily cleaning ensures they remain in showroom condition.
What payment methods are accepted?
We accept all major credit cards and cash.
Do I need a credit card to make a reservation?
Yes—a valid credit card is required to secure your reservation.
Where will my driver meet me at the airport?
You can choose between curb-side pickup (most convenient) or a meet & greet at baggage claim (additional fee and not available in stretch limos or larger vehicles). In both cases, your driver will meet you holding a sign with your name.
Is airport pickup more expensive?
Yes—due to airport rules, regulations, and parking fees, airport services cost more.
What if my flight number changes?
Please notify us immediately at 1-877-725-3939 so we can update our driver and ensure timely pickup.
Can I make special requests?
Yes—advance notice allows us to try fulfilling special requests, though we can’t guarantee them.
How is driver gratuity handled?
Gratuity is voluntary, typically around 15% based on your satisfaction.
